1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of abcom.sg (the "Site"), operated by ABCOM Pte Ltd ("ABCOM", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents information about ABCOM's specialty alloy processing, recycling and supply services. Content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute an offer, a quotation, a technical specification guarantee, or professional advice. All transactions are subject to a separate written agreement with ABCOM.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by ABCOM or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including: attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at volumes that degrade service, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, or using the Site in breach of any applicable law.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site links to or integrates third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Material grades and technical descriptions shown are indicative; binding specifications are provided only in contractual documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABCOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless a separate written agreement between you and ABCOM provides otherwise.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
